Aftertouch Layering

	This snapshot is from my previous 'VBscript version' of IMS. The code provided at the download page is different from this as it is written completely in Visual Basic. This version is simplified and it really focuses on the basic principle.

With greater aftertouch values additional notes are being triggered. These are 'higher level' notes. Number of levels is limited only by the resolution of midi message, so therefore maximum number of levels is 128 ( 7bit message -> 128 combinations ).
